Turun Riichi-mahjong seura Nagashi ry järjestää “Under the Sea 2026” -turnauksen 24.10. - 25.10. T-Talolla
Turnauksessa pelataan kahdeksan hanchania kahden päivän aikana ja jokaisen hanchanin aikaraja on 90 minuuttia.
Turnaus pelataan EMA-sääntöjä käyttäen ja lopputilastot vaikuttavat Suomen laajuisiin MFRS-sijoituksiin, sekä Euroopan laajuisiin MERS-sijoituksiin.

Turnauksen ajankohta on 24.10. - 25.10.2026 ja paikkana T-Talo, joka sijaitsee Turun yliopistollisen keskussairaalan läheisyydessä, osoitteessa Vanha Hämeentie 29, 20540 Turku.
Turnausmaksu on 20€ Nagashi ry:n jäsenille ja 25€ ei-jäsenille. Nagashin jäseneksi voi myös liittyä 5€:n hintaan, jolloin jäsenyyden ja turnausmaksun suuruudeksi tulee yhteensä 25€. Jäsenyys on voimassa vuoden 2027 loppuun saakka ja jäseneksi voit liittyä asuinpaikkakunnasta riippumatta.
Turnausmaksun ja jäsenmaksun voit maksaa tilisiirtona Nagashin pankkitilille, tai paikan päällä käteisenä tai kortilla.
Tilisiirrolla maksetut turnausmaksut tulee olla suoritettuna 17.10.2026 mennessä. Muussa tapauksessa tilisiirrosta on pystyttävä näyttämään tosite paikan päällä.

Ilmoittautuminen on auki ja sulkeutuu 17.10.
Paikkoja turnauksessa on yhteensä 60:lle pelaajalle.

Ruokailu + majoitus
Pelipaikka sijaitsee Kupittaan rautatieaseman läheisyydessä Turun yliopistollisen sairaalan takana, joten linja-autoyhteydet ovat hyvät, sekä alueella on kohtalainen määrä eri majoitusvaihtoehtoja (esim. Omena-hotelli, Hese-hotelli.)
Pelipaikan läheisyydessä on useampi kebab-pizzeria, sekä viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä K-Supermarket Nummenpakka, joissa ehtii käydä hyvin tauon aikana.
Paikan päällä on tarjolla myös kahvia ja pientä purtavaa.

Under the Sea 2026
Turku Riichi-mahjong club Nagashi ry will organize “Under the Sea 2026” tournament on 24.10. - 25.10. in T-Talo.
During the two days eight hachans will be played.
The time limit for each hanchan is 90 minutes.
The tournament is played using EMA rules and the tournament results will be recorded in the National MFRS rankings and the EMA MERS rankings.
Latest EMA rules will be used and you can find the current active EMA rules 2025 here
The tournament will be held on the 24th and 25th of October at T-Talo, which is located near the Turku University Hospital at street ‘Vanha Hämeentie 29’, 20540 Turku.
The tournament fee is €20 for Nagashi ry members and €25 for non-members. You can also become a member of Nagashi for €5, in which case the amount of membership + tournament fee is €25 in total.
The membership is valid until the end of 2027. You can become a member regardless of your place of residence.
The tournament and the membership fee can be paid by bank transfer or in cash or credit card at the beginning of the event.
Tournament fees paid by bank transfer must be completed by October 17th. Otherwise, you must be able to show a receipt for the bank transfer on the spot.

Meals + accommodation
Tournament venue is located near the center of Turku and the Kupittaa train station behind the Turku University Hospital. Bus connections are good and there are a good number of different accommodation options in the area (e.g. Omena hotel, Hese hotel).
There are multiple kebab-pizza restaurants where you can have lunch near the venue. There is also a convenience store K-Supermarket within a 5-minutes walk.
Coffee and snacks will be served at the venue.
